As the trajectory of commercial real estate continues to evolve, the 2024 NC CCIM Market Forecast will focus on and outline what to expect within Commercial Real Estate this year. Local industry experts from all sectors of CRE will share how commercial real estate in North Carolina will continue to emerge.

The 2024 NC CCIM Charlotte Market Forecast will be held on Wednesday, February 21, 2024 at the Carmel Country Club. The 2024 NC CCIM Triangle Market Forecast will be held on Thursday, February 29, 2024 at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Raleigh-Durham.
