North Carolina CCIM Chapter Hits a Hole-in-One for Local Charity

Greensboro, NC, May 12, 2023 — The North Carolina CCIM Chapter has hosted a celebrity golf tournament to raise proceeds to benefit a local Moore County charity. The event was held at the Pinewild Country Club of Pinehurst.

The North Carolina CCIM Chapter enlisted celebrity support from Former Professional Basketball player Rasheed Wallace and UNC Basketball Legend, Phil Ford. Both were on hand during the Golf Tournament. The Tournament raised $10,000 for BACKPACK Pals of the Food Bank of Central and Eastern North Carolina.

Janice Dixon, CCIM, 2023 NC-CCIM Chapter President, stated “being able to give back and benefit children is so rewarding, I am thrilled to make the presentation of one of the largest donations to charity in our chapter’s history. I am extremely grateful to the Rasheed Wallace, Phil Ford, sponsors, and participants, for making this such a historical event.”
