The NC-CCIM Chapter celebrates Susan Woosley, CCIM and Karl Nelson, CCIM for recently closing on 337 McMurray Road, a 65.31-acre tract of land in Flat Rock with prime frontage on Interstate 26.  The property is set to be developed into an approximately 680,000 SF industrial park.  The upcoming industrial development represents a significant project for Henderson County and the property was also part of the Duke Energy Site Readiness Program.
