The North Carolina Chapter of CCIM celebrates Josh Drye, CCIM for being named the 2024 TBJ CRE Rising Star.

The 2024 Triad Business Journal Commercial Real Estate Award, was presented to Josh Drye, CCIM of Samet Corporation.  The award recognizes the difference Josh is making in the region through his involvement in infrastructure projects and initiatives aimed at driving economic growth and development.  Josh recently received his CCIM designation in Nashville this past April.  Congratulations Josh Drye, CCIM!
